We offer up to 7 years leases which include the property being managed by ourselves during this period. No need to worry about finding tenants or worry about your property being unoccupied for long durations whilst you find new tenants

The rent is guaranteed by us, you will know exactly when you will receive your first payment and the exact same amount will be sent to your bank account for the duration of the contract. No need to advertise the property each time a tenant leaves and no more worries of the property being empty or the tenant not paying.

We let out and manage the property for the duration of the contract at no cost

Throughout the duration of the contract the landlord is not responsible for the utility bills or the council tax and does not need to worry about them. 

Rents are paid by us and therefore you will not incur rent arrears

We offer market competitive rents for each property. The rents offered vary based on:

– the property

– the condition of the property 

– the facilities the property has to offer

– the location

We require houses, flats and HMO’s of all sizes

The property must:

• meet the Local Authority Decent Homes Standards (free from damp, defects, and other problems which would cause problems to any tenants or occupier
• be fitted with mains interlinked heat and smoke detectors as well as carbon monoxide detector
• be fitted with fire doors where necessary in accordance to regulations 
• have a valid gas safety certificate
• have a valid electric safety certificate
• have a valid Energy Performance Certificate
