Our basic adverts are free for landlords and property professionals looking to advertise their property and deal with all enquiries themselves. The enquiries will be to the landlords

This is an extension of the basic service, and this also includes us handling all the enquiries on behalf on the landlord and we can even make appointments on your behalf
PRICE: £25.00
Option 3
Our standard letting service includes advertising your property, handling all calls & enquiries, qualifying potential tenants, arranging and accompanying potential tenants to viewings, and completing contracts.
PRICE: £250.00
Option 4
Our comprehensive service includes everything our Letting Standard service includes as well as a full management of the property as well as organising its maintenance on behalf of the landlord if required.
